Clients had been assisted and supported with emergency accommodation.
Assistance and support with furniture packs for clients moving into new homes.
Advocating for and supporting clients to be placed on the public housing wait list.
Successful outcomes with clients being placed on the priority housing list and allocated homes.
our learnings & growth
There has been an increase in housing prices in the Clarence Valley and an increase in the number of people moving to the area since COVID19 and Floods. This has increased the pressure on affordable housing and made it more challenging to find suitable housing for our clients.
Our growth area for our team is securing quarterly clinical supervision for our caseworkers and the development of a strategic plan for our program.
