what we do
We are an Aboriginal owned and run not-for-profit that aims to improve the life of Aboriginal people and families in Northern New South Wales. We do this by delivering community development programs that focus on housing, domestic violence & legal advice, post-release support, and arts & culture. Our programs aim to support our community by creating a sense of belonging, providing opportunities to connect to our culture, and looking after our communities physical and emotional wellbeing.

Our Purpose (Our Why)
Our purpose is to end the continuous struggle for Aboriginal people and transition our community from Surviving to Thriving. We believe that the process of closing the gap must be led by Aboriginal people from the design stages through to implementation. It is our intention to push past closing the gap so that Aboriginal people move beyond social indicators and set new standards of Aboriginal attainment as we thrive as a community once more.

Our Process (Our How)
Our process for delivery is based on facilitation, advocacy and localised programs developed in consultation with community.
We understand the need to ensure we get the right balance between cultural, social, environmental and economic outcomes that support each other with synergism and sustainability.

Our Products (Our What)
Our products and services are focused on creating and delivering sustainable pathways to empower Aboriginal people to enhance their social and emotional wellbeing.
