Social & Emotional Wellbeing, referral and other support services, activities and events for the whole family.

Domestic and family violence can happen to anyone, and can include:

  • Controlling behaviour

  • Physical violence

  • Sexual assault

  • Emotional abuse

  • Stalking

  • Technology-facilitated abuse

  • Financial abuse

  • Elder abuse

and more...

If you would like assistance after experiencing Domestic, Family or Sexual Violence, or talk about it, or find a peer support group, or learn how to prevent becoming a victim of this behaviour, then contact our Grafton office and ask for Tanya, who offers Social & Emotional Wellbeing support. You can also email DFSV@gurehlgam.com.au  There are weekly group activities, such as walking, crafting or gardening, so make sure to visit our Events page to check out the times and locations. The weekly meet-ups are a great way to get in touch with others in a similar situation in a low-key way without the need to share your own experiences if you are not ready.
