Privacy tip: Don't overshare...
This website offers no e-commerce transactions, no payment methods and no donation requests. We do not need to know your banking details, address and other such private identifiying information, unless you register with us as a client, staff member or volunteer, but then we will do so by email or in person and not via this site.
Ensure that IF you share any contact information with us about you or someone in your care, to only give out information you are comfortable sharing with all of our staff. At a minimum, we need a first name, a telephone number or an email address to be able to reply to you.
We will not share your (contact) information with third parties unless we have specifically asked you for permission to do so, e.g. for a client intake referral.
For more confidential contact and the sharing of more personal information, it is best to call our office directly.
Upon your written request, we will not store your personal information. Please advise us in writing if you have provided us with this information and want to have it removed from our database. If you sign up for events, we may request your name, email address or telephone number and suburb and in some cases also your cultural heritage if relvant for the programs we run. You may decline to share that information at all times.
